We fully believe in creative freedom for each and every one of you however over the years we have needed to instil the following conditions for the benefit, well being and enjoyment for all festival goers.

• STRICTLY NO BYO ON THE FESTIVAL SITE.
This is a licensed event. BYO is allowed in the camping area however there will be checks at the festival entrance.

• NO OPEN FIRE OF ANY SORT AT ANY TIME.
We are in a high risk area at this time of year. This includes fire toys and even candles!

• PLEASE RESPECT WE HAVE A NO DRUMS POLICY.

• NO NOISE IN CAMPSITE AFTER SHOWS HAVE FINISHED.

• NO PETS

• NO ENTRANCE TO THE FESTIVAL AFTER 8.30PM. GATES WILL BE CLOSED.

• FESTIVAL GATES OPEN AT 2PM ON FRIDAY.

REFUNDS, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS.

• Concession tickets are only available to current holders of a Centrelink card or Department of Veteran Affairs card shown at the gate with a ticket on entrance.

• Camping tickets cannot be purchased separately; they can only be purchased as part of a combined Festival & Camping ticket.

• By buying a ticket you, and each person you buy for, accepts that photographers will be present within the festival area and that festival attendees may be photographed and their images used for marketing purposes.

Refunds will not be offered if:
• the patron/s arrive late or leave the Event early for any reason.
• the purchaser has a change of mind or change of personal circumstance.
• there is poor weather before or during the Event.
• there is a change in programming.
• if a patron is asked to leave the site due to unacceptable behaviour

If a Total Fire Ban is called by the DFES during the hours of entry to the festival, patrons may be offered early entry to the site via email notification and postings on social networks. Please join our FB and Instagram pages if you haven't done so.
If vehicles have not entered onto the site by the time the ban is in place, patrons must find alternative arrangements to get dropped off at the site as cars will not be allowed into the camping area due to non vehicle movement.

Camping on site without vehicles will still be allowed.

Where the Event is cancelled due to fire, poor weather conditions, drought, pandemic, acts of god, rulings by council, the police, or other authorities, or government restrictions, Lunar Circus will not provide refunds for any tickets purchased to date. We are in this together. The world is risky!
